This fight has only one phase.
There is 4 vortexes around the room, 2 of each colors. Click on a Dark Vortex to get Dark Essence and on a Light Vortex to get Light Essence.
During the fight, players have to be under one essence or the other.
The Twins Val'kyr both cast the same abilities, the only difference is what type of damage they deal.

All the players have to be under the effect of an essence.
Stack your raid under a vortex and assign a few players of the opposite essence to soak by standing around the group.
EVERYONE
SOAK ORBS OF YOUR
ESSENCE COLOR.
Dark and Light orbs float around the room. Players with matching color must soak them.
Touching an orb of the opposite color deals high AoE damage.
Soaking orbs of the same color as your essence gives a stacking buff, corresponding to Light or Darkness.
At 100 stacks, damage dealt to opposite color boss is increased by 100% for 15s and restores 20% mana.
Pick up an essence by clicking on a vortex.
The buff reduces your damage to the same color boss, but increases damage against the opposite boss.
Also makes you immune to the matching damage type.

Fjola and Eydis do the exact same abilities, only the type of damage differs based on their energy: Light or Darkness.

BREAK THE SHIELD TO
INTERRUPT THE CAST.
Fjola Lightbane casts Shield of Light, and Eydis Darkbane casts Shield of Darkness. It's a large absorb shield on the boss which prevents interrupts.
During this absorb shield, the boss will cast Twin's Pact which will heal both bosses for 20% HP.
Break the shield in order to interrupt the cast !

The other one will be absorbed because of your essence.
