Simply DPS the Right Arm whenever it's up, otherwise DPS down the boss.

MOVE AWAY FROM THE RAID
TO A DESIGNATED AREA WHEN
BEAMS ARE FOLLOWING YOU.
Two beams target a random player and follows them. They inflict damage to anyone in their path.
You should probably assign a safe spot for players to run to.

FOCUS THE RIGHT ARM
WHEN YOUR ALLIES ARE
GRABBED TO FREE THEM.
Random players are gripped and stunned in a boss' arm until enough damage is dealt to that arm.
The players are instantly killed after 15 seconds if the damage requirement isn't met.
HEALERS
HEAL THROUGH THE SHOCKWAVE
AND KEEP THE RAID HEALTHY.
Frequent damage to the whole raid.
RANGE & TANK
TANK THE RUBBLES AFTER
DESTROYING AN ARM AND
HAVE RANGE KILL THEM.
Upon destruction of an arm, 5 adds spawn that must be tanked.
They inflict AoE damage and should be DPSed by the range in priority.
Tank attack that applies a stacking 25% armor reduction for 45 seconds.
Swap tank after each stack. This abilty can be avoided.
This ability inflicts less damage when Kologarn is missing an arm.
When no tank is in melee range, Kologarn inflicts heavy damage to the whole raid and applies a nasty vulnerability.
Moderate frequent damage on the raid when Kologarn misses both his arms.
