FIGHT OVERVIEW

  • Single phase and fast-paced fight.

  • Crystal Walls will trap you in the middle of the room.

  • Adds fixate on players. They explode when they die. Use the explosion to break the Crystal Walls.

  • Break the walls to create space to move or the beam will kill you.

Heroic changes

  • Each Crystal Wall needs two add explosions to destroy them.

Phase 1

Vorasius will trap you with Crystal Walls.


Dodge the AoEs and kite the fixating adds.


Use them to break the walls in order to be able to dodge the beam.

Pull and knockback

The boss channels, pulling players toward it, and deals some raid-wide damage.


At the end of the channel, Vorasius deals more raid-wide damage and knocks players back.

Shadowclaw Slam
Tank soak

A circle is marked on the floor. The tank needs to move inside to soak this or the raid will wipe. Soaking the first two circles applies a stackable 150% physical vulnerability debuff.


The first two Slams spawn Void Crystal walls across the left and right sides of the room. Don't get stuck on the wrong side!


You'll destroy these Void Crystal Walls with add explosions. On Heroic difficulty, it takes 2 add explosions.


After a few seconds, the circle explodes, creating Aftershocks.


A ring is marked around the circle soak and will explode, dealing damage to anyone inside. The ring continues to expand outwards and explodes multiple times.

Blisterburst
Add management

Spawns Blistercreep adds that fixate random players, deals damage, and slows a random player. This can be dispelled.


Also creates small AoE circles that deal damage to anyone hit.


When killed, adds deal raid-wide shadow damage. They explode for additional damage in an 8yd AoE.


Fixated players should kite their adds close to the Crystal Walls to destroy them with the explosions.


On Heroic, Crystal Walls take 2 add explosions to destroy.

Vorasius sweeps a deadly beam slowly across the room and deals raid-wide, pulsing damage for 15s.


It randomly starts on the left or ride side, so watch out!


If the Crystal Walls aren't destroyed, you won't be able to avoid this mechanic.
