This is a pure single-target and single-phase encounter.
The boss is static. Opposite him are 6 aligned static crystals, dividing the room into 6 lanes.
The boss launches "nexus" (walls) at players that stack up in front of the crystals.
If 6 walls are stacked in a single lane, the beam from the crystal reaches the boss and he enrages and kills you.
The boss crystallizes players and knocks them back. If they hit a wall, they destroy it. You can't destroy everything.
Designate a "safe" lane where the raid plays, and launch and break walls in the others.
The boss launches a 2nd type of wall. When destroyed, several players get a 4s DoT and then explode, forcing the raid to spread.
The boss launches a 3rd type of wall. When destroyed, the raid gets a dangerous 8s stackable DoT.
The tank swap mechanic now launches 3 walls in the tank's lane instead of 1.
Send 3 crystallized players each time in the tanks' lane to break them.

Distribute walls equally in the other lanes. Don't let 6 walls stack in a single lane or it's a wipe.
Destroy the walls using the boss' knockback.
EVERYONE
Understand the layout of the room.
Designate a safe lane where the raid plays.
Six stationary crystals opposite of Fractillus continuously shoot beams toward him.
The room is divided into six lanes marked by white lines on the ground. At the end of each lane is a crystal.
Don’t stand in the beams. At first, they’re too short to reach the boss, but if a beam ever does, he enrages and kills you.
Designate a "safe" lane for the raid to plant most of the time, and another for the tanks. The other lanes are used to handle the fight’s mechanics.
EVERYONE
Targeted players go to different
empty lanes to distribute walls evenly.
The boss targets several players, indicated by white arrows (your own arrow appears red).
After a few seconds, he launches a wall at each targeted player. These walls stack near the crystal in the lane where they were launched, extending that crystal’s beam.
Players hit are pushed back and receive a powerful 12s DoT. DO NOT send walls in the raid’s lane or everyone there will be pushed back and take the DoT.
Send targeted players to the other lanes to distribute the walls evenly. Weakauras can handle these assignments (link at the bottom).
TANKS
Tanks play in their own lane. The slam launches
a wall in their lane. Tank swap after each.
The tank takes a massive Physical attack that also launches 3 walls in their lane.
The hit tank becomes vulnerable to this ability for 55s; tank swap after each.
Tanks stay in their designated lane on one side of the room.
EVERYONE
Targeted players spread in lanes with walls to destroy.
Prioritize lanes with the most walls.
Several players receive a 6s DoT. When it expires, they’re crystallized (rooted) for 4s and knocked to the back of the room.
Each rooted player destroys one wall in their lane. Always send 3 players in the tank lane to clear it.
Remember: if 6 walls stack in a single lane, the crystal’s beam reaches the boss and he kills you.
EVERYONE
Dodge the circles, spread, and
use healing and defensive CDs.
Broken walls explode and launch projectiles in the room. Players hit take heavy damage.
Several players get a 4s DoT and are marked by a circle. When it expires, they explode and deal damage to anyone nearby.
Each broken Mythic wall also applies a stacking 8s DoT on everyone.
