Single phase encounter with a damage amp at 100 energy.
Kill orbs ASAP and don't let them touch the boss.
Clones will spawn and cast Shadow Fracture. The clones need to be interrupted or crowd controlled.
Puddle drops are permanent and will slowly fill the room. Be careful where you drop them!
Killing an orb applies a raid-wide DoT. Stagger orb kills so this DoT doesn't stack.
Several players will now be marked for Shattering Twilight, which sends lines of spikes from the player locations.

Don't let orbs touch the boss.
Kill orbs one at a time.
Several Concentrated Void orbs spawn and slowly move toward the boss. If an orb reaches him it will wipe the raid.
Tanks should kite the boss away from orbs while DPS kill them.
Void orbs deal pulsing damage to anyone standing too close. The range is very small. You can still melee them, just be careful.
On Heroic, killing an orb applies an 8s DoT to the raid. This debuff stacks.
Kill orbs quickly, but not too fast; kill one at a time to avoid stacking the debuff.

Stop the casts with CC or interrupts.
Salhadaar creates several clones which attempt to cast Shadow Fracture, dealing massive raid damage if the cast is successful.
Clones can be interrupted or crowd controlled. They disappear after being stopped.

Place puddles near edges
Several players pulse damage in a circle around them for 12s. When the debuff ends, they drop a puddle and are left with a healing absorb.
These puddles are permanent and deal damage to players who stand in them.
Drop them on the edges to save some space.

Do as much damage as possible
while dodging the beams.
At 100 energy, the boss will stand in place and deal raid-wide pulsing damage for 20s. Several beams rotate around him, dealing massive damage to anyone hit.
During this time, Salhadaar takes 25% increases damage. A permanent puddle is left behind when this ends so tank him near the edge before he casts this ability.

Stay away from marked players
and dodge the spikes.
The current tank is marked. They take a hit of damage and several lines of spikes will travel outward from their location.
On Heroic, several additional players will be marked.
